Service Description

If weather permits, the cardio portion of this class is an outdoor walk or run. If the weather is not cooperating then all portions will be inside the studio. Class includes fairly equal parts of cardio, strength training and yoga. Different versions of each exercise demonstrated to allow client to work at their own level.
